Zen Mobility Partners with ElectroRide to Launch the First Experience Center in Delhi NCR

Zen Mobility has announced the expansion of its retail presence in Delhi NCR through a partnership with ElectroRide, a prominent electric vehicle retailer.

The collaboration will enhance accessibility of Zen Mobility’s multi-purpose electric vehicles for customers in the region. Customers will benefit from faster turnaround times, expanded retail outlets, comprehensive service and after-sales support, and hands-on experience at multiple ElectroRide locations across Delhi NCR.

Speaking on the occasion, Namit Jain, Founder and CEO of Zen Mobility, stated that the company is thrilled to launch its first experience center in Delhi NCR. With ElectroRide’s extensive network, Zen Mobility aims to deliver a seamless customer journey from vehicle exploration to after-sales support. The company plans to open dealerships in major cities across India, starting with Delhi NCR, followed by Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Zen Mobility has already received over 5,000 orders, driving the establishment of a production line in Manesar with a manufacturing capacity of 50,000 vehicles annually. The partnership is expected to help meet growing customer expectations efficiently.

Zen Mobility also offers flexible payment options, including upfront payments and EMIs, making its products more accessible.

ElectroRide’s co-founders and directors, Rahul Goenka and Tanuj Jain, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, emphasizing its role in transforming electric mobility in the Delhi NCR region.

Zen Mobility is a Light Electric Vehicle (LEV) OEM focused on last-mile delivery solutions, designed in Germany and manufactured in India. The company aims to alleviate last-mile delivery challenges and support India’s transition to sustainable mobility.
